A man went to a dentist to take his tooth off. After quite a long time, finally the operation finished.
"How much is the fee?", he asked.
"25000 Rupiahs".
He gave the dentist 50000 Rupiahs.
The dentist checked inside his wallet, then said,"Sorry, I don't have the change, how if I take one more of your teeth, so that it will be paid off?"
